Kapurung yang Merekatkan

Story by. Ahmad Yani Hasti Entah ada angin apa, tiba-tiba saja kawan saya mengajak kongsi untuk mengumpulkan uang membeli bahan Kapurung. Minggu Malam (23 Januari 2011), saya dan kawan-kawan membikin masakan yang merupakan makanan khas di Palopo dan Luwu. Tapi sebenarnya, Kapurung tidak hanya populer di Palopo dan Luwu saja, melainkan juga populer di sepanjang Sulawesi Selatan. Tak sedikit ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal dari berbagai daerah di Sulawesi Selatan, seperti Bone, Parepare, Sidrap pun cukup familiar dengan pembuatan Kapurung. Simply New Year Celebration

So I decided to celebrate the new year with some close friends only, Friday-Saturday (December 31, 2010 - January 1, 2011). I don’t have to walk hundreds of meters because of traffic jams that hit in Makassar, South Sulawesi. We bought a lot of corns. My friends had planed to make Buginese-Macassar special food, it called Barobbo (it’s kind of corn soup). I remember this recipe often practiced by my grandmother when I’m still kid. Perayaan Tahun Baru yang Sederhana

Story by. Ahmad Yani Hasti Begitu banyak kesibukan. Begitu banyak mobil yang memadati jalan raya. Jadi saya putuskan merayakan tahun baru dengan teman-teman dekat saja, Friday-Saturday (31 Desember 2010- 1 Januari 2011). Saya tak perlu berjalan ratusan meter karena macet yang melanda Kota Makassar. Kami membeli banyak jagung. Rencananya teman-teman ingin membuat makanan khas Bugis-Makassar, namanya Barobbo (ini semacam sup jagung). Saya ingat resep ini sering dipraktekkan nenekku semasa saya kecil.
